Liability Release

I hereby fully release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless any and all persons and organizations, including Epilogos Charities, Mike and Susie Jenkins, the Epilogos board members, any other Epilogos volunteer, any group leader and any other person traveling with me or with whom I am volunteering from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorney fees and cost arising out of, or relating to my volunteer work with Epilogos. This includes travel between my home and El Salvador. This also includes of any losses, dangers, damages, injuries (physical or otherwise, including my death.

I acknowledge that I am traveling on my own regardless of whether this travel or organized or promoted by any group. No group or organization is sponsoring this trip. Therefore, I alone am responsible for my personal safety in all ways and I accept all such risk.

I acknowledge that all travel is dangerous, especially to less developed countries such as El Salvador. Such travel posses threat from various sources, including illness, disease, injury and death from food, water, insects, transportation, crime and the project work. I agree that I have done the research warranted and I an not relying on information from Epilogos.

In addition, should Epilogos incur any emergency costs for my care during or as a result of my voluntary participation in El Salvador, I agree that I will fully reimburse Epilogos. I agree that Epilogos, Inc. is not responsible for any misconduct or inappropriate behavior by another volunteer. In the event, of an emergency, I authorize the trip supervisor(s) to attempt to contact the individuals listed as my emergency contacts.
