Resources

Find information on volunteering, donating, and/or sponsoring a student, or simply gather information about Epilogos and how we make a difference, or research your future volunteer trip to El Salvador.

You can also help our cause by educating yourself about El Salvador’s civil war (1980–1992).

Movies for adults

  • Romero with Raul Julia – accurate according to those who lived through the war.
  • Innocent Voices – received many awards from film festivals; the war as seen through the eyes of an eleven-year-boy and his family.
  • Salvador, directed by Oliver Stone – nominated for two Oscars; some historical inaccuracies.
Please note that these movies are difficult to watch and are not appropriate for children.
